Write a programme and change behaviour
Talk about money and turn a chat into a client
Market yourself and start a client base
Structure a PT business with a plan you wrote

Quick answers.

What does it cost?

We take the investment seriously, and we would rather talk it through than hide it behind a button. Jonah gives you the full price, payment plans and exactly what is included on the call, with no pushiness. You decide in your own time.

Can I do it around a full-time job?

Most of our learners do. Workshops run on two set days a week for ten weeks, known before you commit. The theory and independent study flex around evenings and weekends.

Do I need any experience?

No. The course takes you from zero to the full Level 2 and Level 3 diploma. You need commitment and a willingness to coach real people. Everything else, we teach you.

Is it all in person?

The coaching, the practice and the assessments are face to face on the gym floor in Reigate. Theory and revision run online through Active IQ e-learning, so your time in the room is spent coaching.

What if I'm not at the standard?

You get more learning, more support and another opportunity to show what you can do. If you miss an assessment date, a video submission is accepted.
